Our family has been growing the renowned Sri Lankan cinnamon, Cinnamomum verum, since the 1970s. With generations of experience, we take great pride in cultivating the finest spices while supporting local communities. This deep connection to our land inspired us to create something truly special - a gin that embodies the soul of Sri Lanka.

A Culinary Passion, Distilled

With a background as a chef in top French restaurants in Paris, I developed a refined appreciation for balance and complexity in flavours. I wanted to create a gin that reflected the bold spices of Sri Lanka and the delicate artistry of fine distillation. With the invaluable expertise of my wife, whose chemistry background fine-tuned our distillation process, we’ve crafted a gin that is sophisticated and uniquely Sri Lankan.

The Craft of Distillation

Our Ceylon Sapphire Gin is distilled in small batches using traditional copper stills. This meticulous process ensures that each bottle captures the richness and depth of our hand-picked botanicals. With every sip, your senses will experience a harmonious blend of juniper berries and exotic spices with floral and citrus notes and a bright, bold, liquorice finish.
